* You may have a situation come up that you feel we should bend these rules & policies. If so, we MUST bend for everyone and throw these Rules & Policies away.
* Please DO NOT ask our staff to bend these rules.
* Please do not participate in any of TNT Gymnastics & Tumbling activities unless you agree with these Rules & Policies.

                                Rules & Policies

                   Please Read & Comply With These Rules & Policies

* Parent or legal guardian must fill our the Information & Release Form for their child.
* You must fill out the Electronic Debit Transfer (EDT) Form to enroll your child.
* This IS a month to month contract. This is NOT a long term contract.
* On or Around the 1^st business day of each month, the EDT will debit your account for tuition.
* Registration fees, late fees and NSF Bank charges can be Electronically Debited from your account.
* NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS for missed class (I.e. weather, sick, injury, holiday, school closing).
* Students are automatically enrolled each month. This secures their class day and time.
* A Written Withdrawal Notice MUST be turned into the office on or before the 29^th of the month to withdrawal from the following month. We have Withdrawal Forms located at the counter or you can email us on or before the 29th of each month to withdrawal your child for the following month.
* Phone calls are NOT Accepted for a withdrawal notice. We need a hard copy for our files.
* A service charge of $20.00 will apply for all return Debit Transactions. It will re-run in 3 to 7 days.
* Make-up class: ONE make-up class per month. This class must be scheduled through office.
* Make-up class: You have 7-days before or 7-days after missed class to make up your missed class if class day and time is available. You must schedule a make-up class for your child.
* We Close For Holidays, bad weather days & vacation days. NO make-ups for these closings. If you have questions about TNT closings, please call.  984-6200
* We DO NOT open or close with School Schedules. (I.e. fall or spring breaks, etc…) Every school closings are different, and we cannot open and close with each and every school in the area.
* We are  NOT a day care, please do not drop off children to be left alone for their class time.
* Parents must be responsible for their child at all times while at TNT Gymnastics & Tumbling Inc.
